      Re: Dysautonomia and other symptoms bumping this very informative thread for newbies 😊 I’m slowly working my way through it & am appreciating everyone’s contributions.

      Would like to add more when I have capacity but for now, one thing that’s helped re temp regulation is wearing bamboo fabrics, especially bamboo socks in winter, as am unable to tolerate wool.

      What do others do? For example, when Seasons are changing & over the course of an evening (or the whole day when bedbound), body temp can fluctuate a lot & it takes a lot of energy to remedy 🤔

        @Andie When you say the change of seasons, do you mean that you struggle a lot with the cold?

        Not sure if this is helpful but I found the Uniqlo Heatech range of thermals quite good. There are three levels of warmth. Good to layer with other clothes. Although taking layers off needs energy!
