I commented in one of the threads a while ago about amino acid supplementation, wondering if it could help.
That thread got very long so I'm starting a new one. (don't think there's one for this topic already? Pardon the brain fog if there is)
I've been experimenting and documented my results on my blog. Quite a long post, please conserve your energy. I think it's due to the amino acids that I was able to write such a long post in the midst of a crash speaks for itself?!
